Mrs.Dr. Mary Glover-Amengor is a hardworking and highly motivated researcher in food chemistry and public health nutrition with an interest in nutritional needs of low-socio-economic groups. Has experience in scientific research project management, administration and consultancy services. Has university teaching experience at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and also a considerable experience in supervision of students’ project works and thesis. A very good team player.
