Welcome to the Students Financial Support Office Webpage
The CSIR College of Science and Technology (CCST) Students Financial Support Office (CCST-SFSO) under the Office of the College President is accepting 2021/2022 applications for the award of Scholarship for CCST students from all programmes being run by the College. This support system is available to Ghanaian students and is aimed at eliminating or reducing the cost obstacles that may have the potential of preventing one from pursuing its educational goals especially in the area of science, technology, innovation and engineering.
Financial assistance given by the College involves financial support towards academic fees ONLY due to the limited financial resources at the disposal of the College. Additional elements may be added as and when resources become available. The sources of the sponsorship are from donor agencies and the College. Scholarships awarded by the College are renewable annually provided the student maintain a Grade Point Average of (GPA) 2.5 or better.

- partial scholarship
Eligibility
In order for one to qualify to apply for and receive financial support from CCST, one must meet all of the following requirements:
Applicants for Category A Sponsorship
- Be a Ghanaian citizen resident in Ghana;
- Be a technologist or its analogous grade/technician or its analogous grade in the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Ministry of Food and Agriculture, and or any governmental agency;
- Be admitted as a fresh regular student on full time programme of study (Please attach Admission letter to Form). Continuing students who have never access this sponsorship could also apply for consideration.
- Age not be more than 50 years;
- Must attach a bond agreement copy showing the applicant’s willingness to serve for a period at his place of work (Please attach Bond to Form).
Applicants for Category B Sponsorship
- Be a Ghanaian citizen resident in Ghana;
- Be admitted as a fresh regular student on full time programme of study (Please attach to Form);
- Age not be more than 45 years;
- Must have completed National Service.
Download and submit completed CCST-MAG SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION FORM with all necessary documents. It is essential that you respond fully to all the questions on the form that are applicable to you. You may be asked for additional information if amendments are needed or if any information/response on your application is not clear.
DEADLINE for the submission of application for the CCST-MAG Scholarship is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 22ND 2021 at 4:30pm.
NOTE: ONLY successful applicants shall be considered after the review of applications.
