GHANAIAN NATIONALS APPLYING IN GHANA
Applicants can apply at the comfort of their homes. Before commencing the application process, please note the following steps carefully:

  1. You need to obtain an e-Voucher, (SERIAL and PIN) to Login
  2. To get that, click on GET SERIAL/PIN button on the Login Form located on the right.
  3. A pop up will show for you to fill in your details.
  4. After that you will be redirected to the Payment Platform.
  5. Fill the form and Select either MTN Mobile Money or Visa to make payment
  6. After payment the Voucher Details will be sent by Email, SMS and also displayed on the Login Page.
  7. Use the Serial/PIN to log and follow instructions to fill the forms
  8. Once the process has been completed, applicants must print out two(2) copies of the completed application form from the portal and submit them by post or in person to the Registrar.

DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED TOGETHER WITH COMPLETED APPLICATION FORM
One (1) copy of relevant certificate(s) certified by the awarding institution
One (1) original copy of transcript of academic records
Two (2) sealed Referees’ Reports (download Reference Form)
One (1) copy of the completed online application form
One (1) copy of current curriculum vitae (CV)

In addition to the above, Ph.D. applicants shall submit

One (1) copy of a pre-proposal of 3-5 pages on the intended area of study including a bibliography and also
Satisfy any additional requirements prescribed by the College including passing an interview

NB: The applicant must print two copies of the Reference Form to be given to Referees who will complete and seal them and return same to the applicant who will forward them together with other items listed above by post or hand delivery (Use the address above).
