4TH CONGREGATION CEREMONY
It is announced for the information of the CSIR College of Science and Technology (CCST) community and the general public that the 4th CONGREGATION comes off as follows:
Date: Friday, 15th March, 2024
Time: 9:00a.m.
Venue: Ghana Academy of Arts and Sciences Auditorium (Behind Lancaster Hotel and Adjacent CSIR Water Research Institute, Airport Residential Area)
Graduation Fees
Graduands are to pay a non-refundable fee of Eight Hundred Ghana Cedis (GH¢800.00) into the College Accounts with UBA Bank, Head Office Branch. Account No. 00125022301503 and forward the pay in slip to the College Accounts Office via finance@ccst.edu.gh. Payment can also be made to Voda cash Number (0200745607 (all Networks) or Till Number 377621 only Vodafone Users). The Graduation Registration Form can be accessed via http://www.ccst.edu.gh/index.php/forms/. Completed Graduation Registration Form should be forwarded to the College Registry via graduation@ccst.edu.gh.
Closing Date for Registration
Friday, 1st March, 2024. Registration will NOT be entertained after this date.
Collection and Return of the Academic Gowns
Graduands are required to collect their Academic Gowns at the Department of Fisheries Science and Aquaculture (Contact Person: Ms. Amanda Karbo -0503959029), CSIR-Water Research Institute, Airport Residential Area, Accra Campus from Monday, 11th March, 2024 to Wednesday, 13th March, 2024 (9:00am to 3:30pm).
Graduates are required to return the academic gowns latest by 3.00p.m. on Friday, 15th March, 2024. Failure to do so will attract a penalty of GH¢50.00 after 3:00pm.
Rehearsal
Compulsory rehearsal will be held for those to be presented at the CSIR Water Research Institute Conference Room, Accra Campus on Thursday, 14th March, 2024 at 1.00 p.m.
Attire
Graduands are expected to be seated at the Auditorium by 8.30 a.m. on Friday, 15th March, 2024 in the appropriate academic gown preferably worn over appropriate FORMAL DRESS for the occasion.
Note: Graduands are to note that those who fail to attend the ceremony will equally be required to pay the same amount before they can collect their certificates.
All graduands are to attend the Graduation Ceremony with at LEAST FOUR GUESTS.
