 Profile:

Dr. Oduro-Yeboah, currently a Principal Research Scientist of CSIR-Food Research Institute.  She holds a Doctoral degree in food science at University of Ghana/ CIRAD, Montpellier-france (2011-2015), Master of philosophy, Food science, University of Ghana, Legon. (2002-2005) and Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry and nutrition (1992-1996).  I have worked in CSIR-Food research Institute for the past twenty-four (24) years and risen from the rank of Assistant Research Grade to my current grade. she served as the head of division of Food Technology Research Division (2016-2018).   A senior Lecturer at CSIR College of Science and Technology specifically the Department of Agro processing technology and Food biosciences from November 2016 to date. also served as the head of division for the commercial division of the csir-food Research Institute (January- september, 2020). Currently, she is the Acting Deputy Director of CSIR-Food Research Institute.
